The animations of their imagined Gecko's attempts at sneaking into the pool are funny, especially with him landing on the glass shards and barbed wire with his butt in so many of them 😂

no pro free climber would ascend a building designed like that in the middle of a thunderstorm! the wind ALONE could have blown him off the building! even a sprinkle of rain at the wrong place at the wrong time could have caused him to slip. some down gusts from high altitude thunderstorms have been known to have straight-line wind speeds measured NEAR tropical storm levels of 39-73mph! (34 to 63 knots). since he was 8 floors-ish up in the air the ground level winds are stronger the higher up you go. also, since there are few other high-rises around that vacant lot there wouldn't be many windbreaks or diversions to change the winds' direction!

I don't think he was being antagonistic. If that was the case, he would tell them to leave.

He was probably trying to get them to focus on the fact that someone died instead of just worrying about a soccer game.
